Bristol, Rhode Island – January 22nd, 2021 – Bristol Harbor Group, Inc. (BHGI) would like to introduce Taylor Smith, BHGI’s most recent addition to its naval architecture and marine engineering practice. Taylor has joined BHGI as a Naval Architect. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in South Kingstown, RI with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. Taylor is registered in the state of Washington as an Engineer-In-Training.

Prior to joining BHGI, Taylor worked as an Ocean Engineer at Glosten, Inc. in Seattle, WA where she gained most of her knowledge of the marine industry. During her time at the University of Rhode Island, Taylor interned as a research assistant in Germany and at Navatek, LTD in South Kingstown, RI as a software engineering intern.
