Erik Huber from Schottel came to Bristol Harbor Group, Inc. on Friday, August 14th to host a lunch and learn. Schottel specializes in the development, design, production and marketing of azimuthing propulsion (z-drives) and maneuvering systems for vessels of all types and sizes. They also provide engineering support throughout the design and build process. Erik discussed different thruster and z-drive options and gave an overview of the company and their philosophy. Thanks Erik for coming out to teach us something new!
